The Orientation Space

The orientation space, located in the museum’s lower level, invites visitors to discover the rich history of the artistic patrimony of Giverny. Texts and reproductions (paintings, period postcards) survey Claude Monet’s arrival, his relationships with the American artists’ colony and the actual fame of the village.

The orientation space is a useful introduction to the visit of Giverny.
